Alami Garden Hotel Shah Alam have 30 rooms while Alami Residence have 40 apartment room located at Section 13 Shah Alam. It had been almost 2 years this hotel had installed in-house system called ABS Hotel Front Office System for the hotel daily reservation system. According to Ms Miza, them update manually the booking from OTA’s such as from Booking.com and Agoda.

This lead too occur many problems to guest and hotel operation system. Mr Kam had appointed 3rd party –Viraj Hotel Online Solution to manage hotel room reservation and sales. The team had integrate Alami Garden Hotel with STAAH, provider of Hotel Channel Manager.
